Often, a logical understanding of where you are, how you feel, or how you arrived at a situation will provide this clarity. If we cannot determine why we feel, act, or progress in a given direction through life, it makes us uneasy. If we do not understand what brought us to our current situation, we feel unsettled or even helpless. Then we have moments when everything about a particular topic becomes clear, and we are able to relax with the knowledge that we understand ourselves.

My mind is blown!

This book put a really interesting twist on how to manage your life. With a mix of personal life stories and an interesting viewpoint coming from the technology world Chris manages to open a whole new world of self help and life improvement skills! Definitely a must read!! This book will definitely become a part of my regular rotation. Well done!

Perhaps this book is ahead of its time

We know how logic inside a computer works. This book tries to tell that similar is the inner logic in our brain. Next Step we take is based on commands, beliefs or rules which we have previously programmed in our brain. "Maintenance of Change" and "Marching Forward" are more important then initial action of Change. I think I will have to internalize some principles of this book.- Haresh Raichura
