Very insightful.

Kimberlee Bonura had a very calming voice when doing exercises.

Any additional comments?

This was a great book. I wanted a hard copy to look back on and was disappointed there was not one, however I would recommend this book to anyone needing to learn the tools to improve their energy.

Excellent and full of practical tips

This is a Great Courses class, and like most of their courses, it is very good. It is loaded with great tips that are easy to employ and backed up by science. Unlike some, you can just listen; there are no course materials or images for you to view. Some of the exercises cannot be completed while driving. However I just practised those at home. The instructor's tip include breathing exercises as well. A summary: energy is composed of the ability to pay attention plus awareness. You need to strengthen these as well as control your environment in order to have more energy. Taking care of yourself is only part of what you need to do.

This is a good course.

Some might object because the course contains meditation exercises. Certainly you can't do meditations while driving a car or even walking a dog. Many people, such as myself, buy audio books for the car or for walks, so the exercises may be frustrating under those circumstances. But the material is still helpful and the exercises can be attempted later.

Very pleasant listening

This is a very good book and value information. The reader is such a delightful person to listen to and never makes you tired. I enjoyed very much.

Amazes me

I've listened to the audible book numerous times. I especially love the references to Yoga. I love her voice, presentation, examples, everything!

Calming & informative

I was very peaceful by the end of the book with the exercises and the material taught. Great presentation. I will listen to this again in the future!

Excellent!

Plenty of practical use that can be used immediately & with minimal effort. Touched on a wide range of life aspects. I learned so much about myself. Grateful I listened to this one.
