I’m Alex Kosinski, left wing for the Austin Amurs. Hooking was my penalty. It’s never something I set out to do, but it happens. After all, it’s hockey.

Hockey is life. Getting traded was a kick to the nuts, but at least I was still playing. It was all that mattered.

Alright, this was my second hockey romance, and I must say I'm a fan. My first one was kind of a letdown, but this book completely redeemed the trope for me! Talk about some steam! 🥵 The banter was awesome, the hockey talk was minimal, and the overall plot was great! Looking forward to the next book!

This was full of laughs. I loved the snark and banter. The spice was hella hot. I laughed out loud multiple times. It also pulled at my heart.

I’ve been waiting on this series to make it to audio and it didn’t disappoint!

The quality of the narration is critical for audio. Kylie Scott & Eric Rolon did another amazing job! I love that they speak their voice throughout the entire book instead of swapping chapters! It makes such a difference.

No less critical is the writing. Kristine did an amazing job! Great characters and storyline, and seeing the characters from her other books make an appearance in different places was awesome! She gave us a great book that stands on its own (no cliffhangers) but can also be even more enjoyable if you know her other characters.

I’m anxiously awaiting book 2!
