What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
More authorative/mature sounding narratator. The title implies more definitive benefits and cures. The only cure I can remember is how to relieve my menstral pain, I'm a 79yo man, so no help. The book needs more depth of info and definition of cures to live up to its title.

NOT A HOW TO BOOK, and not a lot of in depth info. Its too shallow, I could get more applicable info reading Wikipedia. But, keep in mind a review is subjective. This is only my opinion.

I was at my cardiologist today and he was telling me about this. He suggested this mixed with oj in the morning would help with my cholesterol and weight. Thank you as your book informed me of that and more.
