easy read well worth it.

very helpful. will read again and suggest to others. If you want to get serious about healing this book is for you. it applies to anyone who's experienced trauma.

Great book for the trauma survivor

Great book that helps you understand why tou feel & act the way you do. And she doesnt get into detail that triggers. Highly recommended for anyone with ptsd or other trauma
