great story Atrocious ending

so I was in love with this series from the beginning of book one. it was great to see the transported to another world MC have to be smart and strong instead of being one or the other. the story was going well, till the ending. the epilog is 3 HOURS long, and says nothing. It almost ruins my view on the previous books about the abrupt yet exhaustively drawn out ending. It seems like the author wanted to end the series then write the equivalent of a bunch of fan fiction. overall I have to say that the first two books are near masterpieces. the third can be forgotten.

could have been a great book

started off loving this series, but by the middle of book 3 , I can't take the explanation of every ability. It's pretty obvious the writer is using it as filler just to get the word count up.

Love the books, dread the descriptions

I love this series so much, I truly do, but it REALLY gets bogged down with skill and item descriptions to the point where you’re banging your head on the nearest wall, actually DREADING the next fight because you know it’s going to be 90% descriptions, 10% combat. Still love the whole series, will continue to read them, just wanted to complain.

amusing

not as strong as the previous books, but might just be because I'm biased against God type figures who act too much like mortals. Still listening be because I like the characters though
