Book actually ends will 2 hours to spare which are filled will complete random fillers that honestly no one ever cared to ask for and I love this series,but it really is horrible

I love the humor and phrases Jason uses from his world “”(You down with OPP!!), so very funny.

Love this series

I love this series. The long epilogue’s at the end are kind of weird, but I love how it flushes out the whole story, so you get to see what went on in the background or in the time after the book ended but before the next book begins

Best one of the series so far

Most impactful, Jason is still finding his way but it has all the elements that make him most likable. Love the series can’t wait for 10!

Dude Fought Monsters, Best One So Far

I like that the story will go in new directions and not remain the same formula. Can’t wait to see where it goes next. This book had it all, tragedy, fighting, team-ups and smart political skullduggery. The characters are fleshed out well and I like that the all have a purpose even ones who seem minor at the time, I wonder what's next for them. Jason has started to understand the stakes and that sitting on the sidelines shooting spitballs while he has to take no risks was a child's view as Farrah pointed out. He has his big boy pants on now and I want to see how he grows from here. A store clerk turned warrior has a lot of growth potential. I went back and listened to when Farrah gave him that talking to it is interesting to see that come back around later. Better than the first, because the danger is more real especially during the second half of the book, you start to worry about every character. Good stuff, best so far.

amusing

not as strong as the previous books, but might just be because I'm biased against God type figures who act too much like mortals. Still listening be because I like the characters though
