IT has no ending!

If I can I will return it! While the grounding is OK it does not say when to stop. Really awkward

A ridiculous price for a underwhelming 10 minutes. Phooey,

Very disappointed in this . A waste of money. Compare to rod Watson and you find a huge difference.

wishing for more

Very nice intro to mindfulness

This is a wonderfully relaxing and I love how it fades to nothing. It's short but it's sweet. A nice one to have in your collection.

It ended with out warning

I was breathing waiting for a sign that the 10 mint ended. I expected some kind of Sound or maybe the guide will say something but there was nothing after a while I realized that the audio has already ended. Otherwise it was good and clear and Dr. Daniel voice is calming as usual. And after finishing the stressing I was feeling has already dissappeared

My favorite

I absolutely love the imagery in this guuded meditation. I find Daniel Siegel's voice very calming. This is my favorite. I am a nurse and I use this imagery with patients in the operating room to help as they drift off for surgery

meditation that helps you be mindful

i love the gentle pace of this meditation. it allows you to be mindful & focus your mind with your breath. it is similar to most other meditations. Daniels voice is always calming. i like at the end it finishes subtly, so you can continue to self meditate in silence as long you want.

Good guided intro

one of the better (possibly best) talking guides ive used so far. doesn't have any of that back ground music nonsense that usually distracts. The voice used is well fitted to the task and is calming.
could be longer as the intro has a large amount of talking (compared to silence), though i appreciated the metaphor inserted during this. overall i recommend.

One of my favourite things to do..

... is take some time out from my day, and complete this mindfulness meditation. Dan"s books in fact introduced me to mindfulness, for which I am ever grateful. In fact there are not enough words on the planet for me to be able to adequately express the peace of mind that Dan has brought to my life experience.

His books are my go-to for understanding on parenting, and mental/emotional health/wellbeing. This little gold nugget is just the tip of that iceberg: it is a practical 10 minute application of just one of the priceless practices he has brought into mine and I'm sure many others' lives.
