Strongly recommend

It's such a helpful guide with easy scripts and steps to follow. It's the best among the guides that I have listened to and read on meditation and I can strongly recommend it to anyone struggling with anxiety, panic and fear, looking for forward to proper meditation or learning more about meditation and hypnosis to end anxiety, panic and fear. Narrator's grammatical pronunciations are great making it easier and fun to follow. Its exactly what I have been looking for.

Easy to understand self-help for anxiety and panic

One thing I really appreciated was that the guided meditations and hypnosis techniques didn't just teach how to get rid of negative energies like panic or anxiety, but offered positive emotions to replace them. 

The authors also addressed big life stresses which could cause panic and anxiety and suggested ways to better handle them.

Alene Sorensen used the perfect voice. Her tone remained sedate throughout through all the guided meditations and hypnosis techniques as she walked the listener through each exercise step-by-step. 

The instructions and reasons explained were all clear and easy to understand, without technical jargon thrown in, making this book ideal for both newbies and those more experienced with guided meditations and hypnosis.

Amazing guided meditation

I decided to look at guided meditations because I had a lot of anxiety and fear due to an abusive relationship. I have listened to many different guided meditations but this book was great! The meditations are very easy to listen to and they really hit home and help you with your fear anxiety panic and I was able to be comforted and sleep well. I plan to listen to these meditations every night right before bed. I definitely recommend this book if you are struggling and a sound way of relaxation.

Strongly recommend for anyone new to Mediation

I have read and listened to many self-help/development books; this is one of the good ones. The book mixes knowledge, explanation and with the direction of the Narrator's voice guilds the listener into a well-coronated Mediation that allows for relaxation and calmness. As you listen to each mediation you will notice that with Anxiety, Panic, and Fear each one has its own elements within their mediation styles.

I have not been one for guided Mediation but after going through each Mediation session I can say that I did find some sense of calmness and relaxation which cleared my mind and improved my focus for the day. It would be something I would consider adding to my daily routine.

As for the speaker, I found that Alene Sorensen did a great job with presenting the information for the listener to understand, where Sorensen shined through the Mediation sessions by keeping a great tempo of each step to the next. Sorensen does a great job keeping the listeners attention and has such a great calm smooth voice.

Overall, Guided Mediations & Hypnosis to End Anxiety, Panic, and Fear was a great listen jam packed in just 3hrs, it’s full of great information and great guild for daily Mediation and can be listened to as a whole or can be skipped around which is a great feature best of all it is Alene Sorensen and her performance.

Awesome

Guided Meditations and Hypnosis to end anxiety, panic, and fear by Meditation and Hypnosis Refuge is a great audiobook. I enjoyed listening to the scripts. They are amazing to help listeners relax, overcome fear, anxiety, and so much more. There are scripts for just about everything It works so good. The scripts really helped me to relax. It’s amazing to have this to listen to.

FINALLY!!!

A book that can actually help, before listening to this audio book, my anxiety and panic attacks were at 100, but this book gave me tips and techniques that will help me balance my anxiety and fear of a panic attack.

The one thing that was new that I learned, was about the hypnosis, I was very skeptical about even trying the section with hypnosis, but once I gave in and opened my mind to the hypnosis, it put my anxiety at ease, these techniques are good for everyday, start, middle and end your day with the book.

All I can say about this book, Guided Meditation and Hypnosis to End Anxiety, Panic and Fear, is great listening, narrator also is a plus.

Great for anyone with anxiety

Life is difficult. For those of us with anxiety, it can be worse. You brain panics in moments that it really shouldn't. This book, though, will help. The narrator always has a hint of encouragement in her voice which I appreciate. If you don't know the basics of guided meditation, they cover that in the beginning of the book. What was surprising to me were the hypnosis sessions. They guide you through some visualizations and a few questions. The questions will ask pretty normal, what would you do, sorts of questions, but also what you hear and smell and taste, etc, to make things more real.

All in all, I really think this book will help anyone with anxiety. And if you're used to the flowery word salad of Depak Chopra, that's not in here. The language is very understandable and should help you answer some of your questions.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Guided meditation and hypnosis to end anxiety panic and fear,a book worth the read and practice always.
"The state of relaxation reflects who you truly are ..." I just learnt the best and most beneficial thing today. Guided meditation and Mindful hypnosis are of 100% benefits in trials of eliminating anxiety and panic in a human being.
Easy and the best scripts regarding the body, emotions and mind being in a state of relaxation all through through guided meditation and hypnosis.
A very wise statement,"anxiety in the mind shows up in the body as stress" very true. Through hypnosis and guided meditation,minds will always be relaxed avoiding stresses.
The novel is complete of the best scripts to enable mind and body relaxation. I would highly recommend everyone to read and practice, remember you are in charge of your mind and not the mind in Charge of you.

Helpful and Calming Book of Meditation

This is a helpful and calming book of guided meditations perfect for someone with plenty of experience with them (like myself) but I think it would also be great for a beginner. I felt my anxiety and panic significantly decrease with each meditation, and the hypnosis component was a nice added way to calm down. With practice, meditation becomes easier and more helpful every time. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and found it very helpful.
