I love this

Affirmations are wonderful, and this was an awesome collection to remind me of my own worth. This was a great way to self-reflect with the reminder of my own greatness. The background music was wonderful, and the narrator does a great job with the affirmations. They feel like a warm weighted blanket on a cold night. I enjoyed this, and it will definitely be a part of my night time routine.

Positive and soothing!

This book of affirmations was exactly what I needed! I didn't know exactly what to expect but this exceeded my expectations! It made me feel calm and secure, and just overall better and relaxed. Highly recommend! The narrators voice was perfect for this book!

This book is such a valuable resource on the path towards healing and embracing a more secure and fulfilling sense of self and love. So unexpected and wonderful

I thought this was going to be a book listing affirmations and was pleasantly surprised to discover that it is so much more! An introduction starts off each chapter and then the affirmations begin over beautiful music. The reader’s voice is so soothing that I’ve been playing it every night when I go to sleep. While it’s helped me fall deeply asleep quickly, I trust that my unconscious mind is taking it all in. I’m so happy I discovered this book!

Very Helpful

The affirmations in this audiobook were very helpful to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. The narrator delivered the with a very relaxing tone and this is something that I can replay over and over when I start to feel down. I recommend this audiobook.
