6 short meditations

Some of the meditation instructions on the two longer tracks were not really the kind that I personally like-- they were too physical (e.g. tense your leg, relax your leg, raise your eyebrows as high as you can, then relax, etc.). I'm really only interested in breathing and mental activity, and I didn't feel a great affinity with these particular meditation scripts (even the non-physical ones). However, her voice is soothing, and the music is relaxing. So while these were not exactly what I was looking for, I think other people would enjoy them, especially if they are looking for short meditations. There are 6 short meditations included:

Ch 4 - Counting meditation (4:30)
Ch 5 - Muscle relaxation (10:30)
Ch 6 - Love meditation (5:55)

Relaxing

Loved listening to this, very relaxing and soothing. I've listened to it 5 times now an it has never fails to help me relax.
