Taught me how to relax

High recommendations
You can fix your sleep issues if you put your mind to them. The author makes sure to write to motivate the listener and make them feel more positive about trying daily meditation. I am delighted with this, and I will recommend it at work tomorrow!

A job well done
I purchased this audiobook to listen to, pass the time, and learn something new and possibly useful. I wasn't aware of just how much interesting content there would be; I was not disappointed at all. The narrator does an excellent job in both his speech pace and the voice pleasant.

An intriguing listen
I was intrigued when I saw the title of this audiobook and decided to give it a cutesy listen. I was amazed by the quality and sheer quantity of advice and all of the information included by the author. It was really good, and, having tried meditation now, I can say it works!
