I can't recommend it highly enough.
I really am sleeping more soundly and when I wake up in the middle of the night, it's no longer a 3 hour marathon; usually, I just fall back asleep. Excellent audiobook, gives a clear and enlightening understanding of insomnia, its causes and solutions.

The most important aspect of my life is my relationship with partner, friends, and family. We are nurturing those relations all our life and put a lot of energy into them. I now realized that my relationships problems, caused my sleep problems. Chapter 7 and 11 are about dealing with and overcoming your stress from troubled relationships. I have listened to this book twice and found it very useful and encouraging.
