Loving it!



Wow, I needed a meditation like this. I'm a very active person and very often I find myself getting injured, having headaches, or even accidently eating the wrong kinds of foods for my body. I found doing these meditations to be a great way to detox.

Really good for sick days



I picked this up because of the fever meditation, and since fevers include a whole range of symptoms, I wasn't expecting the meditation to cover all of them, but it did! Really enjoyed the music and narration.

Great for workout injuries



I'm really big on bodybuilding and I find that often, I do push my limits and injure myself, especially my lower back. These meditations have helped me cope with the pain along with my chiropractor.
