This book brought me to my knees in thanksgiving with the validation of my own awarenesses of my lifelong experiences of intense "spiritual" bypassing while being abused in every way possible. After listening non-stop, I regained the energy and courage to continue to become embodied along with the bravery to continue to stand for myself legally and financially. Look for me on the public stage of activism.

An Authentic Path To Love

This book in my view is essential for anyone on a spiritual path, as well as a healing path. Jeff eloquently weaves the two together to form an authentic, somatic path to healing the heart and past traumas. This is the basis for a new type of spirituality that is not only practical but based in neuroscience. I cannot recommend it enough for anyone on the journey of self discovery.

If you’re ready to really look at self and your place win the collective, this book is for you. If you’re unwilling to hear real raw truth, you may not be ready. A lot of uncomfortable moments. Totally worth them

A message that everyone needs to hear

I first came in contact with Jeff's material through his quotes that he shares on Instagram and wanted to check out one of his books. Grounded Spirituality was the first one I have ever read/listened to.

Much like the quotes he shares on social medial, the book follows true to form. What I love about Jeff and this book is that it doesn't offer a quick fix to transforming yourself and instead offers a method grounded in your body and bodily emotions.

About 5 years ago, without really even knowing what somatic therapy was, I started therapy with a therapist that did brain spotting. I have been going about every 2 weeks since then and it has changed my life. Jeff's process reaffirms mine - getting into my body saved my life, my marriage, and made me a better father.

While I found he and Michael's conversation a bit corny at times (I was never a meditator), Jeff's message is truly a humanistic approach. As a man, father, war vet, and husband, I recommend this book whole heartedly.

Finally a reflection of the shared humanistic world and beauty and struggle of inner transformation - smack dab in the middle of human experience and human reality - where spirituality and love resides uniquely in us all. Beautifully crafted and narrated.

Life changing stuff

Extremely well written and engaging, and so on point. I found this so validating as to why I've walked away from my intense journey into nondualism and toward earth spirituality and personal healing and empowerment. It also opened up deep seated feelings about my past with nondualism that needed to be brought up to feel and heal. I highly recommend this for everyone, but especially those like me who have fallen off the nondualism wagon because they just can't keep abandoning themselves any longer and are ready to finally LIVE. I'm very grateful to have read this. It was an important part of my own journey.

Yes

Jeff discoveries mirror my own but I have seldom had the courage to shout them from the rooftops to a large audience. After listening to this book it was encouraging me to find that courage, ignite it, and swallow that flame to empower my words and let them leap from my soul. Resonance

Seeing myself as an ‘ease finder’ I’m intentionally choosing and embracing, tho often with agonizing and at times debilitating resistance within all my bodies, a path within I admit is most confronting to my core.. the growth I’m experiencing as my personal life design revealing is for me equally unavoidable. Listening to your recording of Grounded Spirituality is of course timely, no coincidence 😊, and received in gratefulness in my expanding awareness into my heart.
