Healing is a journey, one that I’ve been learning about through my own life and experiences. I found this author on Facebook and then decided to purchase this audible book-I’m glad I did. It mapped onto what I have been going through recently, how to understand from a larger perspective and how to re-recognize and be reminded of my own potential and worth. Thank you for this, it has helped me in many ways.

The one self help book to save humanity
I have 627 titles on Audible. This one got to me in a special way. Jeff is masterful in speaking to the human spirit free from cliches, spiritual materialism, and pop culture. I bought all of his books recently for good reason. You should too.

This book will free you a little bit more …
This book is full of golden nuggets that can help free your soul and question the unquestionable. For me , it was medicine to my soul. So much of Jeff’s words resonated at a deep level. In the end , I felt more accepting of myself and my humaneness. Worth every single second of my time .
