Incredibly inspiring and useful information how to get the Funk out!
I’m so glad I was referred to this incredibly inspiring book read by the warm and wonderful author Janeane Bernstein.
Her insights and acknowledgment of how we all get into funk sometimes and the different ways that they happen is filled with humor and vulnerability and deeply honest.
Through her guests on her podcast at the same name and her own experiences she shares stories that uplift and also give really practical ways to deal with our challenges with compassion humor and kindness.
Can’t recommend it enough for anyone who’s going through a challenge or knows someone who could use it!
