Amazing quality

Affirmations are powerful!



I usually like listening to the version without the affirmations, but recently I tried the ones with the affirmations, and the narrator nails it. Her voice is so smooth and calming.

Game changing for me



I've listened to quite a few nature audiobooks but the fact that this one includes a sequence of positive affirmations with it make a huge difference for me. Sometimes I get too much into my head, so having that reminder every once in a while is great. :)

Affirmations, and lots of good bird sounds

Like is OK to do, I fell asleep through this ambience twice. Though I was awake to enjoy some good affirmations I fell asleep in the nature part. The bird sounds were various. They skipped a lot in one place though.
