Robotic intonation.
I hoped for an audio workout. This isn't that! I may have been at fault myself for not checking more carefully what it was. It seems more of a non fiction book about exercise and the robotic narration I found so difficult to listen to I gave up.

bad audio ecco and too fast monotone voice.
not worth the listen too unless fix audio and way of presenting the speech. try and see speaking help with slowing down, breaths between sentences and higher and lower voice tones when key areas explained. could not finish.
