Nothing to See Here, Folks, move along

There actually was some decent information here, but of course, nothing new. I couldn't stick the narrator - it was creepy, imagine Jack Nicholson telling you how to work out. I tried a couple times to go back and finish this, but couldn't deal with the narrator - too distracting.

No cardio?

Fitness Hacking suggests that weight training is best for people to improve their fitness - but I hate going to the gym. Was hoping there would be various other forms of exercise covered.

Pretty enlightening.

I learned a lot about mistakes I’ve been making with my diet (i.e. diet sodas with sweeteners) and will definitely be making some positive changes after listening to Fitness hacking

It's a grower.

Fitness & Strength

I have been implementing some of the workout principles (weight training + sprint training) and I’m already noticing differences in my strength and fitness levels. We’ll see if it continues!

Not just the body.

The pleasing thing about this audiobook is that it’s not all about physical fitness, as there’s a section on mindset training too which I firmly believe is a key component in our health and fitness. Pleased I opted for this one.

Big surprise

I was very surprised about everything "Fitness Hacking" covered. Was expecting it all to be about gym training, but there's 4 sections on training, diet & nutrition, workouts recovery, and mindset mastery.
