I didn’t know yoga could be this simple
I had never tried yoga, but it seemed like something that would be really difficult. I always thought you had to already be really flexible to do yoga. But it turns out, you don’t. I’m not in terrible shape, but I’m also not in really great shape either and I was able to do the things in this book. And it surprised me that it was actually fun.

Recommend this to all seniors
Fitness for everyone, regardless of age, is so important. I vetted this book for my mom as I'm hoping to get her more active and we both loved it! Thank you for giving her concrete yoga poses that are age appropriate. She is actually using them frequently and is doing great.

Easy and enjoyable.
I have always loved fitness, but it gets harder as you get older, and this audiobook was just what I needed. The section on pain relief positions is detailed, and they really do work. I also liked how the author incorporated meditation. I can already feel the difference with just a few minutes a day.

good read
My mom and I listened to a lot of it together and apparently she enjoyed it much more than I do. She's new to yoga, and with her aging, she's now given up all the intense workouts. Just jogging and yoga. This audiobook is really enjoyable to listen to. Highly recommend.

Great book for seniors
Being a senior does not mean that you are so fragile to the point where you can’t do anything physically.Seniors are not week as we think. To be the active and energetic senior that you want to be so that you would not loose their independence you have to make good use of this amazing book .why not grab a copy so as to keep being physically active.
