EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!!

the narrator takes a chapter or two to get to where everything is coming out smooth or to where I got used to him but he did a great job very good with a different voices for each character and they all sounded great the story was intriguing and kept me pushing on not wanting to put the book down a thrilling story captivating from start to finish I had looked at this book several times considering it very very glad I finally did I will be following this story to the conclusion through hopefully many books loved it

Give me more!

I could not stop listening to this book. I devoured it in about a day. I really enjoyed the story and the characters and all the intrigue. This would make a really great movie or TV series. The descriptions were really vivid and the characters multi-layered. There is so much going on and I didn't see ANY of it coming. Bring on book 2! This is my first time listening to this narrator and aside from a few minor things, I would definitely listen to him again.

The characters are interesting. Each has layers that get revealed as the story unfolds. Although I think book 1 has just scratched the surface.
The story is interesting. The narrator did a fine job. I will be purchasing the next in the series when it’s available. Overall well done.

Slow build up, but wow!

Ok so I need part two, three, and four tonight.
The story was a little slow, world building, character development etc… but once they progressed to the main arc of the story, it just got better and better.
The narrator was a bit stiff at first, but once I got used to his tone, he proved to be a versatile narrator.

I really enjoyed this book and can’t wait for the next book in the series.

Great Story

This book is fantastic, I love the plots and subplots that are woven throughout the book unfortunately the characters were bland because of the reader. It was hard to overcome his dismal performance, but I powered through since the story is so good. I am going to listen to the other novels with the hope another reader will be found.
