When an unexpected event occurs, Benny is left questioning everything he's ever known. Krystal, Darryl's first love, wants to make things work with her current boyfriend. Yet having Darryl back in her life sends her happy home spiraling out of control. And, last but not least, Avery, Connie's husband, doesn't care about anyone or anything when a financial opportunity comes his way - that is, until he notices how much time his wife is spending with their new neighbor.

Everything seems to be going well, until someone is murdered, and everyone becomes a prime suspect.

Loved the narrators!

The narrators had my attention since page one. I literally finished this book in 2 days because I kept wanting to know what happened. Twists and turns all throughout. Good read!

I loved the overall story

Would you listen to The Man in 3B again? Why?

I've listened to the novel three times. I love the main character, The Man in 3B, Daryl, and I like Connie. There were characters I hated and some I felt sorry for just like in life. I wanted to find out what actually happened. I found the mystery intriguing. This is my first Carl Weber novel and honestly his dialogue is a bit harsh for me but it seems so real for the world he writes about.
I've just downloaded another of his novels because I thoroughly enjoyed this one.

What did you like best about this story?

The revenge aspect. I love a story where the person who does the dirty deed gets what's coming to them.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No, I prefer to spread my listening over a few days no matter how much I like the book

Entertaining Story

I listened to this book while I was on vacation. I was an easy listen and an overall entertaining story. I loved all the voice actors used in this book. It kept it fresh and interesting.

Kept Us Guessing

Although we'd read another book that spoiled the ending for this book, we were still guessing about the plot. This was an excellent read.

A Really Good Read!

At first it was moving kind of slow to me, but as I kept listening I became more intrigued. Good story overall. This was my second book by the author and I am now a fan!
