Each of these stories had some kind of animal in them.
#1- A Snowy Adventure…
Jane and Ted’s story was a nice feel good story about helping others.
#2- At the House of His Father
This one was a bit more spooky than Christmassy.
#3 The House Mouse at Christmas
Cute little story about a house mouse ending up outside with the field mice and what an adventure he had being out of the house…. or did he? Very cute story I enjoyed this one!
Isaac the shepherd a different take on the Star of Bethlehem story this was a sweet re-telling.
Over all this was a nice little collection of stories I enjoyed them and would listen to part 2. I enjoyed the narration by the author I thought he did a very good job!
Preformed by the author with a touch of accent gives the stories a truly timeless feel
I first came across the book Christmas Tails, when Tim came to an Equity Christmas Party and read from it. The day was turning to evening, we dimmed the lights and as Tim started reading, the magic began. Listening to this audiobook brings back memories of that wonderful early evening and watching Tim act out the stories. If you want some relaxing Christmas stories, narrated by the actual author, you are in the right place. I am happy to recommend this audiobook. My only real disappointment is that Christmas Tales 2 is still not ready.
