Publisher's Summary

Cassie is an awkward girl just trying to fit in. No matter how hard she tries, she always ends up the outcast. In her solitude, she dabbles in the occult where she finds peace and her own sense of power. Some people, however, can't leave her be. They harass and terrorize Cassie until she takes her own life. That should be the end, but is far from it. Cassie is intercepted in the afterlife by the Clerics of Dolor who give her another chance. They send her back to earth to seek revenge on those who hurt her, sending her tormentors to the Clerics for the ultimate suffering.

Loved it!

I loved this book! I've listened to a few of Tim Miller's books now and have enjoyed them all. I loved that this book included characters from his previous books and I hope he writes more in the future for the Necrowitch and Dolor! If you haven't read or listened to any of this authors books please be aware that they are extreme horror! Lots of blood and gore. Tim Miller usually sticks with a select few narrators as well. Mel Heflin is one of my favorites. I really enjoyed her narration of Cassie Kills.

Awesome!

I read this book in ebook format and loved it! When it became available in audio, I loved it again! With crossovers to multiple Miller universes, like Dolor and Necrowitch (both of which were awesome) there was no way I couldn't love this. I enjoyed Hefflin's personification of Cassie, and delighted in the pain and suffering of her attackers. Ten stars!
