Good examples but too scientific for me
I was actually liking this book until the end. The last three chapters are very scientific, mostly about brain chemistry, how the brain mechanically works, how depression drugs affect the brain. Good examples, practical information, and applicable tools....just skip chapters 19 until the end.

the best book ever
This book is the single most useful book I have ever had. I wish it were required reading in all high schools! Be sure to ho to the menu and access PDF attachments that go along with the book. Those who rated the book less effective in audio version must have overlooked the attachments. The reader is pleasant and sounds engaged as if it were his own book.
