What did you love best about Pass Through Panic?

It will help you understand the causes and problems associated with stress and anxiety. With the understanding it helps guide you through the panic to eventually reducing it and hopefully eliminating it. Honestly it helps a lot. The cost of this could be doubled and it would be easily worth it.

What does Dr. Claire Weekes bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She's calming and reassuring.

Dr. Claire Weekes is truly amazing, her book is truly amazing and meant for self help. It has helped me so much in my recovery from postpartum anxiety.

This old girl is pretty awesome.What she wrote then is still solid now and can be very helpful plus her delivery is hilarious.

This women is a true healer!!! amazing book

This was the best choice of my life ,..reading this amazing book by Dr. Claire Weekes . She is better than my therapist..her calming voice and her desire of wanting to help people like me is hard to find those days 🙏 i find so many interesting points in this book ..so many techniques explained so well by her . This women is a true healer of anxiety and I believe in her words because I see real improvements in my wellbeing ..This book should be read by everyone that struggling with any kind of mental illness

after 11 years of dealing with panic

after 11 years of dealing with panic and anxiety, this book has helped me more than anything. after listening to the first hour, I have been panic free for 3 days. that's the longest I've gone in a long time.
