This book will help you learn and understand more about Intermittent Fasting.This book has a ton of information into the history and science of fasting.The author gives us the most popular methods of Intermittent Fasting and explains how to use it to get better results from exercise. I recommend the Fast Diet. Yes

I've been following the Fasting and Intermittent Fasting for three years, have lost over 20 pounds, and have kept it off with no problem. I especially like the new recipes. I've suggest this book to several friends, and one or two are still doing the 5:2 fast. Fasting is not for everyone, but for those who can, it's a great way to lose weight and get healthy. Fasting and Intermittent Fasting is just awesome.

It really works! Great books!

I followed this plan and it worked very well. I couldn't believe that I was never hungry. Also, for some reason, my blood pressure improved even though I wasn't exercising at all during the time I was on the plan. It would be a real lifestyle change to keep this up, but it does work, for sure. Great book for me! I advice to buy it! Nice one!

This book explains why Intermittent Fasting works so well and details the numerous scientifically proven benefits this practice has on health and longevity. I absolutely love this and would highly recommend this book.

Love this book

Love this book because it shows you the healthy side of fasting. After following this book I lose 40 pounds with no more high blood pressure pills and diabetes numbers are great. I highly recommend this book for anyone.

It works. Nice

Yes. We listen it. We are doing it. It is simple. Lovely book. The book is well written. The sample meals and examples and food lists and portions are easy to follow (100 grams equates we figured out to about 1 cup - that was the only "challenge" as we are not Brits) and it is fun to do and not hard at all. The we of us is husband and wife....and we enjoy "planning" the "fast" days menu and look forward to those days amazingly. We feel better on the FAST DAYS than we do on the "other" days. LOL. It is a great book . It has changed our eating habits for the better as well as our cholesterol and blood pressure and glucose levels. That kind of says it all. BTW, we are senior citizens....if we benefited from this book, you can, too.Fasting and Intermittent Fasting is awesome. Love that book. Great.

Changed my approach to "dieting"

I truly enjoyed this comprehensive approach to having a healthy relationship with food. Rather than denying myself the foods that I enjoy and enjoying an evening out with friends and family, I am able to understand that I can live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy the foods I love. This book is a great resource tool towards understanding the Intermittent Fasting lifestyle.

Well written

I have heard about fasting for years but it sounded like torture. But Kyle Faber are both exceptional in their explanations of why it works and how to start, and what to eat. They answer all your questions and concerns with answers backed by research. I have been doing intermittent fasting for 3 months and it has been no problem and it has helped with weight loss and losing inches!

It works

Listen this, thought it was a bad idea, but tried it anyway. IT WORKS!! I decided to do the diet and I lowered my sugars by almost 100 points! It is hard, but seeing how fast I lost weight without needing my diabetes medications, the more you understand,Kyle Faber makes so much sense.

Hope for healing

I have listen all the books I could find about fasting over the past 20 years, and this one is the best and most modern one. This book has plenty of useful information. This book addresses most of the ramifications and different aspects of fasting, intermittent fasting, short and long term fasting, how to cheat on a fast, etc.

Definitely the best

Definitely the best and only diet for me. This is the only diet that I can truly lose weight quickly without being miserable. I lose 2-3 pounds a week doing this.
