A diet that really works. Great book Lovely

Oh Wow. Nice book. Great to listen it. I listen this book for my wife, actually. The idea is excellent, however, and although my wife and I are only two weeks into the plan we have already lost a number of pounds. The really great part about it is that the "fast" days aren't really fasting, just smaller portions of nutritious meals. It is a plan one can use over the long haul without feeling at all deprived. I am looking forward to losing about 50 pounds (make that about 45 now) and hope to improve it and lipid levels as well (without medication). I would love to surprise my physician at next year's physical. I'll try to write an updated review in about six months. Nice to listen this book. Like. Good.

What do you have to lose? Just do it

Nice one. Great to listen - likely goes against what your conventional doctor will tell you; but in theory it makes sense and agrees with a lot of Old Testament principals. I'm 2 1/2 weeks in and doing a total fast 2 non-consecutive days per week. I feel great. Haven't lost any significant weight yet, but it's only been 2 1/2 weeks. I just started hitting the gym last week. Will update in 3 months. Wow. Great to listen it every day.

This book will help you learn and understand more about Intermittent Fasting.This book has a ton of information into the history and science of fasting.The author gives us the most popular methods of Intermittent Fasting and explains how to use it to get better results from exercise. This way of eating works Lovely book

Wow. I really like this book. Well done. I listen this book with my sister (age 64) b/c she was steadily gaining weight over the last few years and feeling miserable about it.After listening it, I was impressed with the research and I suggest this book to my sister. She began the program immediately and in 2 months she tells me she has lost 11 lbs. and is feeling so much better. She doesn't feel at all deprived by the fasting regime. I can't wait to see her. Amazing book. Like to listen it.

Helpful for Fasting and Intermittent Fasting

Great book, thank you. This diet plan has so many rave reviews that mine is barely going to be useful. So I am just going to say I love it, and share that what I love even more is how many people can be found in support groups doing this diet. You can get a much better impression from the people who are actively doing this and talk about it regularly. Really amazing book. I love it. Nice

Great book. Lovely. Nice one

Cool. I listen it twice. I have lost 12 lbs., my BMI has gone from 38 to 36 and I have lost 2 inches from my belly. Not following very strictly as emergencies such as last minute parties sometimes come up on "fast" days. Today is a fast day -- 500 calories. For brunch I had 4 oz. of smoked salmon/pesto sauce , 1 fig, 2 crackers and coffee. For dinner I will have a strawberry/yogurt parfait with whipped cream -- total for the day, 481 calories. Feel great -- not hungry. On the other 5 regular days I can eat normally and anything I want. It is easy. If you indulge on a given day, you can make up for it the next day by fasting @ 500 calories for women, 600 for men. It's that simple. Amazing book. Well done.

I recommend the Fast Diet. Yes

I've been following the Fasting and Intermittent Fasting for three years, have lost over 20 pounds, and have kept it off with no problem. I especially like the new recipes. I've suggest this book to several friends, and one or two are still doing the 5:2 fast. Fasting is not for everyone, but for those who can, it's a great way to lose weight and get healthy. Fasting and Intermittent Fasting is just awesome.

Do not hesitate to buy this book

Nice ! This is the first eating plan that has actually worked, and so much easier than feeling like you are starving to death!
Your body actually adapts very quickly and very easy to stick with! My husband has lost 10 pounds and I have lost 8 in 4 weeks! Staying on it forever! I love this book! Amazing!

A holiday gift for fasters.Amazing

The book is wonderful.Written in such a way that anyone can understand the basic science behind intermittent fasting, this book explains it all. Easy to listen, and inspiring at the same time. This book is a great beginner's guide to intermittently fasting for weight loss. And I'll tell you from my own experience, once you try intermittent fasting earnestly, you'll wonder why more people aren't doing it. I love it. Thank you.

Good advice

I was advised to listen this book, by a blog I love. The advice to listen the book and the advice in the book are TOP notch. I even looked up a lot of the books references and they check out. My lifestyle change starts tomorrow.

A great way to shed weight and get fit

Well done. Book is good. This is an absolute winner I feel. I've ALWAYS had problems with not only shedding my weight but especially in keeping it stable. The only way that I could shed weight was either to eat powder for 3 months (500 kcal per day) or by doing some excessive exercise; that is to say at least 50 up to 100 km cycling per day. I had done that and had lost 33 kg in about 1 year. But since I'm now 72, I do not 'relish' going out 'still' every day of the week to cycle 100 km/day (let alone when I'm 90!!).
I eat extremely little, my daily intake is about 1650 kcal / day. But still I weighed up to 118 kg. Having started this diet about 1,5 weeks ago, I have shed about 3,5 kg. I have though lost about 6 cm girth and am falling. By the way I do NOT drink beer (ever) I do enjoy a glass of wine with my food about 150 ml once a day. I do not otherwise 'generally' indulge in other alcoholic drink. I feel that this is more than a diet, it is a strategy which I can and certainly could keep doing the rest of my life.
I have since listen the this book . This make a brilliant supplement to the obove book. But the difference is; that you can exercise for about 20 minutes to half an hour every other day.
Amazing book. Love to listen it. Great to listen it.

This diet was never so easy before

This is an ultimate solution for weight loss problem and delicious, healthy recipes. I have listen the first book of this bundle before and found this bundle is an exclusive finding for me. All the tips and strategies are explained nicely with related example recipes which have already proven worthy to follow to me. I have never observed intermittent fasting before for health or diet purpose. However, I am familiar with fasting for religion purpose, and I like the concept of starvation that's why it was easy for me to adapt to this diet and the first book helps me a lot to adopt this diet, and this bundle makes it a complete. All I need now is to follow it as it is explained. It would be best if you try this one.

It works. Nice

Yes. We listen it. We are doing it. It is simple. Lovely book. The book is well written. The sample meals and examples and food lists and portions are easy to follow (100 grams equates we figured out to about 1 cup - that was the only "challenge" as we are not Brits) and it is fun to do and not hard at all. The we of us is husband and wife....and we enjoy "planning" the "fast" days menu and look forward to those days amazingly. We feel better on the FAST DAYS than we do on the "other" days. LOL. It is a great book . It has changed our eating habits for the better as well as our cholesterol and blood pressure and glucose levels. That kind of says it all. BTW, we are senior citizens....if we benefited from this book, you can, too.Fasting and Intermittent Fasting is awesome. Love that book. Great.

Excellent book

I had started the ketogenic diet seven weeks ago. As I progressed with the diet the hunger started disappearing. I began to eat less and less until I would eat one meal a day and wasn't really starving. I worked my way up to fasting longer and longer periods. I am now on day three and no hunger at all. I do not feel weak and work a very busy schedule with hardly any breaks. I have not taken arthritis medications since I started this diet. If you have health problems I encourage you to listen this book, it can change your life.

Changed my approach to "dieting"

I truly enjoyed this comprehensive approach to having a healthy relationship with food. Rather than denying myself the foods that I enjoy and enjoying an evening out with friends and family, I am able to understand that I can live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy the foods I love. This book is a great resource tool towards understanding the Intermittent Fasting lifestyle.

Really works

A very well written book with easy to follow tips on how to start eating 5-2. Plus, it really works. I listen this book and lost about 14 lbs in the first 4 weeks. But the best part is, I've maintained that weight loss for an entire year now. Highly recommend.

Like this awesome one

This book answered all my questions. It was easy to follow, and made so much sense. Fasting and Intermittent Fasting Diet Bundle is exactly what I have been needing in my life.
