I had the privilege of meeting Jesse Cole and his signature yellow tuxedo and watching him give a presentation about the Savannah bananas and the concept of fans first. He was riveting suspenseful entertaining energetics and this book is as well. A master class on how having fun and putting fans first can create the kind of atmosphere that any person in life or in business would want to be a part of. I would even go so far as to say it would be appealing for all ages I had to put a banana joke in there enjoy

An inspiration into a unique business model
This book was an automatic purchase because I have been following Cole’s efforts in his new team. I wanted to support his ventures because his flavor of brand and employee management seems to be breathing life into America’s pastime, baseball, and I was interested in how to bring it to my own life. I was very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it as a read and inspiration on how one can re-prioritize their own work, team building, or business goals. A truly fun listen/read. Great stories and happy to see the results.
