A thousand applicable things if you are a baseball player or stocker

A found myself wanting to put customers first, and maybe even trying something new. The later was swish dance walking with a cart full of boxes to Dancing Queen, but also engaging my customers and not letting them put up their baskets.

The story and speaker are very engaging and delivers a great message of delighting fans/customers while not taking himself too seriously. Definitely worth a listen.
