Insightful and inspiring!

I enjoyed reading & listening to this book during throughout my day. As long as there's no reprisals, more professionals will be willing to take risks to sharpen their teams' successes. The only barrier most professionals experience is FEAR. As soon as professionals know their supervisor has their support, they will do almost anything to win and encourage the team to explore new frontiers and expose blindspots in their operations.
