I will be purchasing a physical copy of the book. The information is just so good and so much that I felt like I was missing things that I wouldn't if I were reading.

Very good plan to lose weight. The reading of the daily meals is a little repetitive, but the book is good. I've lost weight following the plan. The PDF file is the meat of the plan, but the rest is motivational stories and instructions to conquer setbacks and making permanent mind changes. I actually bought the Kindle version first, then got the audio version for listening in my car.

This is a great program and so easy to follow. I have downloaded the app and I am currently getting myself familiar with the program, but I can see that it will be easy to incorporate into my life and my work. I am excited to see myself after my journey is halfway through, however this program is a "lifelong journey" and and I know it will help me make the necessary changes in my physical and emotional state as it pertains to eating and moving my body.
