Everyone desires experiences that make us feel good in our personal relationships, professional careers, and social lives. It's an innate desire that no one programs within us. However, there are two pivotal questions you need to answer in order to fulfill this innate desire:

Who can help you fulfill your innate desire?

How can you create these "feel-good" experiences?

Whether you believe in science, religion, spirituality, or self-help - or if you believe in just living your life without sticking to any beliefs - Empower the Observer takes a distinct approach that'll put you in charge of your life experiences. The simple, yet profound, delineation in this audiobook, guides you through the multitude of experiences you may have in different domains of your life, without drowning you in incomprehensible jargon. Not only will this audiobook help you become more cognizant of what you notice in your everyday life - how you think and act - but it will also provide you with an array of practices you can implement in your relationships, career, and every one of your life experiences.

Empower the Observer looks at personal development through a unique lens and will change the paradigm of the experiences you create in your life.

I really enjoyed the intro wasn't like all the rest it was very honest and straight to the point.  To many books are written just to sell I liked how this author doesn't pressure the nornal crap . It does get a little preachy about the your life thing but not to much . I did want to hear a little more of his take or narrative but some of the quotes from other people really enlighted me . I liked how the live it and act it aspect was explained. Overall it was better than I expected but could have been a little better.

nice read not like average books
