Helped Me Realize More

Elevate really has elevated me to realize a lot more what is going on with my team and what I need to be doing better. The author gives specific examples of things I as the leader can do better to empower my team to grow. He points out both positive and negative things we as leaders can do to grow our teams in a healthy a positive way. Not just to grow me but the leaders and overlooked leaders in my organization.

I would recommend this to any leader or manager, especially ones that are big into Agile leadership or use frameworks like Scrum.
