This book is full of practical insights that focus on the deeper meaning behind the actions and practices that make great organizations great. As well as insights to the character of the leaders that guide them. Excellent read!!!

This is so practical

I had all my managers and team leaders read this. it's something we can all do. And while not every position is one of great authority, they should know and understand how we want our business run and what kind of atmosphere we expect.

Excellent for orienting managers and company

The process and habits outlined in the book are great. They really build the correct orientation for creating company culture that's conducive for trust, growth, engagement, and innovation.

Action items!

I loved that the author gave me action items to do along the way. I opted to read all the way through and not stop to take action. However I have restarted the book and will be taking action!

Action Items - Achievable goals

I absolutely loved every bit of this book! This book was not only highly motivating just because of the content provided, but I loved how there were "Action Items" at the end of every chapter. There are plenty of resources mentioned throughout. I now feel more competent going into a leadership role. I highly recommend this book for everyone in a leadership position or anyone thinking about going into leadership. I wish more companies were structured with the techniques presented in this book. Well done.
