I have listened to a few leadership books, and this one is at the top of the list. My favorite section was about how you could transform your business based on your leadership qualities. There are so many roles in life where you need leadership skills that everyone could benefit from this audiobook! The narrator also has a great voice for the material!

Great book

This book has brought me back to the basics. As a leader, it’s important to actively and regularly focus on self-improvement as well as being humble. Th author discussed how having a strong mindset will benefit you in the long run, and how to be a great leader by changing important aspects of your personal life. It’s a great asset to any leader looking to improve their customer service skills. Will recommend!!!

Valuable Guidance

This book thoroughly details the essential skills needed for anyone in a leadership position. It not only discusses how to lead others, but how to change your own state of mind and discover your own strengths. The advice is practical advice that can be implemented immediately to help you succeed on current and future projects. I enjoyed hearing the success stories of great leaders sprinkled throughout the book. The narrator also did a great job, and the book was enjoyable to listen to.

This Book Is Essential

This book came at an ideal time for me because I was feeling work challenges in my supervisory role. This book is full of ways I can improve. I really enjoyed the format and message of the book. I intend to listen to it again very soon.
