Storyline and narrators

This series definitely delivered!! I cried so hard at the strangle episode in the dungeon at the end. I won't say what happened and spoil the ending. I really hope there is a new series with the children of the 5 families. I am addicted now to this genre of books

Mafia madness

Great characters and a happy ending. Can’t go wrong with that! I plan to read the other books in the series. Out of order but intrigued enough to do that.

Great Read

Dissolution (Eagle Elite #12) was another great read by Rachel Van Dyken.For the last ten years, the Cosa Nostra has ruled Chicago with an iron fist. Santino Sinacore is about to be the one to bring them down. He has one more job where he must save the boss' brother and sister. He is the Grim Reaper of the Sicilian mafia. I enjoyed reading this book and cant wait to read more by the author.

Loved It!

I loved the entire series. For mafia men they were all interesting and together quite the sense of humor. This story actually brought tears to my eyes.

Enthralling

Liked: Fast paced, action, humor, family, loyalty, strength, self sacrifice, drama and deep love. MMC was an assassin, wanted out of the family because it suppose to be his and had a deep everlasting love for the FMC. There was heartbreak for the FMC several times, a strong will & strength, sass, snark and is reconnected with her family.
There were plenty of scenes that will bring so many tears. The Five Families are stronger now. The next generation will grow without the cruelty their fathers had to endure and will thrive under their father’s guidance.
Excellent stories. Male narrator’s voice fit perfectly.

I actually stumbled on this book and went back to start the beginning of the series! Loved this book so much and wanted more.

Dissolution

Amazing story! This story has some strong scenes in it. I wasn’t sure about it when I started reading, but it really was an amazing story. The characters in the story are hard fast and loving. This is an amazing group of men and how they protect their own just read it, and you’ll see what I mean!

And, under RVD’s careful and talented watch, the cold villain becomes a warm-blooded all-heart hero and the desperate captive holds her head high and becomes a fearless warrior.

Worth a credit? Yes, each and every paragraph pulled me in more and I loved stepping into this exciting and dangerous world again. I loved this love story with its desperate heartbreaking lows, its swoony highs, it’s passion and pleasures and it’s strong sense of brotherhood that no bullet or enemy could destroy.. and they had tried. And finally I loved the dual POV narration by Heather and Tor who both gave it their all.

Brilliantly written!!!

A gripping amd soul-searing romance from start to finish. I was completely and wholly immersed once again into the Eagle Elite world and I didn’t want to leave! I loved the connection between Santino and Katya — and irresistible and unbreakable bond. Their love story was devastatingly beautiful. The storyline was brilliantly written and the emotions bled from the pages. I adored the five families together. They fiercely spar and razz one another and are just as fiercely protective. I loved the closing scenes to this story; so emotional. The narration was very well done and beautifully brought this spellbinding story to life. I highly recommend this book and series!!!
