An elegantly composed book and simple to peruse.

Happy

My sister is new to diabetes and this book gave her some expectation. Subsequent to accepting the life-changing news of Type Diabetes she didn't have the foggiest idea what she could/couldn't eat however the formula book was useful. Had a ton of formulas she right away preferred.

Wow book

I had to go back through this book and review a few parts. Some of the parts are written in a way that they take a moment to grasp. However, the suggested list of foods to eat is excellent, and everything seems to be something that is follow-able as long as you take the time and have the self-discipline.
