Beautiful music. Very soothing and relaxing performance was excellent, completely spoiled at the end of 120 minutes when the announcer from Audible comes on very loudly and thanks you for listening which completely wakes you up.

Okay, folks here it is, a real true, honest, no BS review and I assure you, there’s absolutely no monetary benefit being passed on to me for this review. If you’ve ordered any other subliminal hypnosis self-help audio recordings/programs, once you listen to any of the Dr. Jeffrey Thompson audio recordings, you’ll never want to listen to any other subliminal program every again!!! Dr. Thompson is truly on to something that many of the other so-called subliminal-speakers/gurus are in all honesty sorely missing. In fact, I would recommend they all take a few steps back, tune in, and seriously pay attention to how real professionals like Dr. Thompson work their magic! There’s no proliferation of goofy British accents, dribble-psycho-babble, tequila-induced soothing voice overs, eerie paranormal ‘what the heck was that?’ sounds, loud peeling bells/gongs, animal echoing chants, trickling water, ‘dang, now I gotta’ go pee’ sound effects, or any other absolute silliness one finds on so many other subliminal audio tracks out there today. I don’t want to get into listing all the high-tech lingo that factors into creating these programs because quite frankly, you’d probably get very bored, very easily, but Dr. Thompson' research delves into modulated sound-pulses, some tracks accompanied by extremely pleasant music, which help in changing states of consciousness and promote various degrees of healing. So, if you’re looking for an aid to help you sleep, relax, meditate, get the ol’ creative juices flowing, or just need a little push getting motivated to knock out a few chores on a Saturday morning, look no further than buying/downloading one of these wonderful audio recordings!

Didn't work for me
The sounds were soothing and I dozed off a few times, but did not fall into a deep sleep. At the end, I took the earphones off and put my earplugs back in, and my sleep was worse than usual.
Can't say if it was due to the discomfort of the earphones, or the sound waves did not work for me. I've used alpha wave bianural beats before they worked way better for me...

Enjoyable but prefer brainwave symphony
Playing these tapes from Jeffrey Thompson really helps my insomnia. That said, I would recommend trying brainwave symphony first. It has been the best audio for my sleepless nights.

Didn't help me, But my insomnia is bad
I bought this book hoping to listen to it as I drift of to sleep, stay asleep, wake refreshed as the book description read. But as I listened, I couldnt keep the days events out. I started over thinking and stressing. Tho opposite effect. It might just be me. The sounds are cool, I wanted to space out so bad but I couldnt. I can see how it could work for others, but it didn't help me unfortunately :/
