not an audio book but helps me to sleep

Interesting choice to be on audible, since there are no words - just music with some other noise put in. That said, and I don't know how it works, but it really helps me to sleep when audio books (my usual go to) don't work.

Agree with the other reviewers that it would be helpful if it contained some indication of the different CDs, since some are more conducive to sleep. I used to own the CDs and then you could choose the style/mood you wanted.

Overall, great experience and makes me want to check out some of the other audios.

Good but confusing

I very much like it...but since it is put into chapters and not kept according to Disc, it is like impossible to tell which disc is what.It is hard to determine which disc or Brainwave is being played. Note to Audible.

I tried everything to sleep. When I got to white ( or pink or brown) noise, it was noise and irritating. I tried listening to a book being read but that was also noise. The relaxation files I bought were unusable because they were too short and began with a voice explaining them so I couldn't just turn them on and fall into relaxation. Then I bought this! I set the timer for an hour just to be sure but Ive heard the hour end only once. When I get into bed, I can't wait to turn it on. My brain seems to go right to the music, lock in and follow it. There are no other thoughts, just following this music wherever it goes. I have no particular interest.in music and know nothing about classical. I don't know I'm listening to but it's beautiful and does the job quickly!

there is nothing that I could find that told me which chapter was the start of each of the 4 cds.
