This series is one of my favorite so far. The pairing of Lance McMillian and Christopher Lane is what has been missing from my Audible queue and I am so glad I found them! Chance is human and real, flawed but still such a great litigator. The dialogue is hilarious and captures the south in such a great way. Good read, thoroughly enjoyed it.

I have listened to the first 2 books twice and getting ready to listen to Book 3 again. This is very unusual for me to go back and pull up a series for the second listen, and I’ll be disappointed if there is no Book 4. Please continue the series.
Beautiful words put together so well and heart felt sentiment comes from the author.

I’ve listened to the first two books in this series and I’m sold. The author is a great story teller and the narrator brings in to life. I had a hard times shutting this off at any time - the writer has a use of the language that compares to James Lee Burke and I can’t imagine anyone other than Christopher Lane reading!
