A Classic - Highly Recommended Reading
Entertaining, informative and practical perspective on cross-disciplinary conditions and treatments. Given the arrogance that can exist in medicine due to the dominance of the AMA standards of care, it is refreshing to hear someone engaging in independent deductive reasoning. This was reviewed via Audible, but may be repurchased in hard copy to annotate the 400 conditions & treatments within. If a pdf list was included with this recording, that would be even better.

Good Info, painful narration
I enjoyed Dr. Wallach's account of his robust life. I appreciate his research and the practical application guide. However, I wish he had narrated the book himself. The pronunciation of common remedy/medical terms is best done by someone with familiarity of these terms.

Move on to a better book
Super disappointed I wasted an audio credit on this book. The author drones on about himself, perhaps to make a case that he's an expert. Problem is, the "usable examples" are too in frequent. I couldn't even finish this book, which pains me to give up.

Waste of Time for what was promised.
I purchased this audiobook after my mom told me she enjoyed the physical book. 2.5 hours in and the author offered nothing useful, only going on about his life experiences. This audio book should be relabeled an autobiography and is a waste of time if you are looking for facts or insights into helping your own healing.
