I love the fact this doctor is not tryna scare you he is opening your eyes to what we have been accustomed to . Giving a deeper understanding of how the body can actually take care of the c monster with just nutrition instead of monopolizing the medical field and draining your insurance from back to back to back visits and appointments to specialists who ain’t even on the same level of even knowing what the last doctor said lol it’s a tug of war but in the end it’s a spiritual warfare and we must unlearn and relearn and stop dumbing ourselves down for the conscience of medication and how it makes us feel and treating doctors (white coats) like a mechanic and we need oil changes no we need a change of diet. Stay away from the four foods.. fast.. fake … fried and folic … love you guys I may have got one of those wrong but read the book and show me where I’m wrong thanks … and thank you doctor
