A must read concerning the 'health care' system
This is a must read for anyone who has an interest in the 'health care' system in the States. (There are times when the book travels down the path of politics and its impact on the health of those within our borders.) It covers many items including not only the history of B17 but the history of the AMA, hospitals, and the influence the wealthy has on the 'health care' system in the US and around the world.
The bulk of the book revolves around Vitamin B17 and its prohibited use as a therapy (proven in other countries and here years ago).
I found the book very interesting and a good update from the previous version published many years ago. I heard of B17 at least 30 years ago and it always fascinated/upset me at the lack of research documentation on it and its impact on disease.
It isn't an audio book that you can listen to in one sitting and it might require you to start and stop listening since it does go down a few rabbit trails in its attempt to provide a basis for why B17 isn't permitted/used within the United States for disease therapy.
Costco has a nice supply of fresh apricots and after you eat the fruit, crack open the shell of the seed and eat the inside part. Beware, it is bitter but it does contain this 'wonder' vitamin B17.

Amazing
This book was originally written almost 50 years ago and yet this was the first time I had the chance to learn about vitamin B17 in an unbiased way. I'm a believer now. I bought some apricot kernels as a result. It's too bad we live in a world where financial profit trumps truth. Thanks Audible for making this book available.

Love Hearing Another Side Of Cancer Treatment But
Love the narrator. He did the Mass Effect books and I was excited to hear him again.
The book itself I genuinely loved the first half. Knowing about another way to treat cancer that doesn't destroy your body in the way chemo and radiation does is extremely eye opening. Over the years I've become much more interested in a natural way rather than chemical to take care of our bodies.
The second half of the books gets a little conspiracy heavy, which is fine but make sure you come to your own conclusions. I appreciate the other point of view non the less.
