At times, hearing the statistics in the book were very scary, but it's a reality, and knowing this information is essential. We tend to believe what are believed by the most people and this is dangerous. I really enjoyed this book not only the numerous nutrition recommendations but also its philosophy of treat people as one unique organic that is able to heal itself with proper energy and nutrition. We should really focus our bodies when we need medical help.
