Much needed information

Although I am an RN, there is so much I didn't know in this book. I am now armed with information to keep myself healthier and reverse some damage already done with conventional medicine and pills.

Great info, very irritating narrator

This book has lots of interesting info on D3, its co factors, and its effects on the human body, along with its mostly beneficial uses as well as its few cons. I’m sure I’m being a petty Betty but…. I only gave the narrator a one star rating. She mispronounces multiple words and/or terms, she has a weird and annoying intonation when she speaks. Also her “accent” gets on my nerves… lastly, the narrator really seems to have difficulty comprehending punctuation. Again, the information in this book is very fascinating, but I had a difficult time listening to this narrator, she was just awful. It’s surprising to me that the author of this book was OK with the delivery by this woman.

Good information

I would highly recommend this book to anyone because even if you choose not believe or do everything in it. There is no harm in trying it, and everything to gain. I have experienced some of the benefits described in this book. The only problem is the narrating could have used some QA. Some of the words are repeatedly mispronounced and in some cases the words were partial.

MY BONE & HEART SAVER BOOK!

First I want to thank Jeff T. Bowles for writing this book he has given me the chance to live a long and healthy life that was I was just beginning to lose. I completely trust this man I think he is a genius, obviously not many people could have done what he's done in my opinion.
I believe everything in this book to be true facts and I'm already following the five suggested supplement dosages. I just noticed today I'm feeling better, could it be happening already?

Life Saver

Great job Jeff. You are a life saver 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. This book has enlightened me. I now understand why people of color are at risk and happen to have poor prognosis for many diseases.

Good message delivered so poorly

The narration is awful. Words are mispronounced frequently. Proper vocal punctuation and pitch are sometimes off. I could barely get through this book. Does the author not care how his/her message gets communicated? Wished I could return it and buy the paper copy.

This book will change your life for the better!!!

Loved the book! It's content is crucial for everyone to know. The narrator was cool, but got a bit monotonous sometimes. However, I'd simply rewind it & take a break a few times and I was good to go again. I'm amazed at all the wonders VitD3, K2, Magnesium, Boron, & zinc can do!

Great Information but

I really enjoyed the information! I had a manager at a Green Acres Market direct me to Vitamin D when COVID first started. I had 2 issues that were distracting. The narrator has a heavy Northeast accent and some words sounded mispronounced. In the latter parts of a book, there's moment when when she's naming conditions that would be help but she keeps saying the exact same words for over a dozen conditions. I've still recommended it to others and just reordered another bottle of Solerray 5000 IUs, after the 1st one I ordered when I finished the book.
