Great story

This audio book felt waaaaay to short!!
I have always enjoyed this author and this book was one of the better ones. She didn’t follow the regular formula but turned the story into something with more depth than a mere romance novel. The sex scenes were tasteful and sizzling at the same time. A really tough balancing act. The characters were engaging and you start to cheer for them quickly. i really like the reader and will listen to books she reads just because it’s her. Is there room for a sequel? Maybe we can follow the lives of some of the other minor characters. I would be interested in that as well! I enjoyed this book enough to listen to it again soon.

This is a SEP book that is worthy of reading over and over again. The characters come to life with all their glorious flaws. It is excellent and I glad I bought it.

The narrator, Nicole Poole finally made me realize that I can love a narrator again. I really miss Anna Fields/Kate Fleming and would try to hear SEP audio books in Kate’s voice. I can love both now. Nicole is that good.

Love it! Great narrator. Always enjoy her books . Sad when I am done because I have to wait awhile for her next one.

Love this story.

Sad that those who don't know Nicole Poole's incredible talent don't appreciate this one. I've tried several others by this author and was very disappointed. I thought this story and the unfolding of it was quite enchanting. I've listened to it several times! But, art, like literature, is truly in the eye of the beholder/listener.
Thank you for this one, Ms. Phillips, and for delivering it so beautifully, Ms. Poole.
