Your Essential Guide
The audio-book is just an absolute blessing. It’s such a beautiful and accessible read which has helped me to heighten my knowledge of my own practice, and is my go to for inspiration to help support my own energy. It's written in a lovely style also; like the author is sat in your kitchen with you explaining everything in every day language.
