Story
The tide is turning against the colonists in the Revolutionary War, and 18-year-old Elizabeth Morris cannot sit by idly. Quietly disdainful of her Tory parents, who drag her along to society events and welcome a British soldier into their home during their occupation of New York City, Elizabeth decides to take matters into her own hands. She realizes that, as a young woman, no one around her believes that she can comprehend the profound implications of being a nation at war - she is, effectively, invisible. And she can use this invisibility to her advantage.

Story
Is bourbon the quintessential American liquor? Bourbon is not just alcohol - the amber-colored drink is deeply ingrained in American culture and tangled in American history. From the early days of raw corn liquor to the myriad distilleries that have proliferated around the country today, bourbon is a symbol of the United States. This course traces bourbon's entire history, from the 1700s, with Irish, Scottish, and French settlers setting up stills and making distilled spirits in the New World, through today's booming resurgence.

Do you know that every person has been endowed with 15 billion nerve cells since birth? And despite the fact that during life we lose 1-2 billion cells, the number of remaining ones is still huge. Every day we lose about 100,000 cells, which means our nervous strength and mental potential decrease. These, among all other body processes, are repaired and replaced only during sleep. I consider this book to be very important because it contains useful tips that you need to apply here and now. They are able to defuse the situation, will not allow mild sadness to turn into insomnia, melancholy, formidable depression, or neurosis.

Finally, meditation that actually works.
There's something special about the way this meditation is delivered. You can just sense the love and authenticity pouring from his heart. It's incredibly well done. The background music carries you away. I really enjoy singing bowls, and in this case, they create a mesmerizing soundscape for your solo meditation journey while echoing a deeper remembering that you are not alone. I know this track is meant to help you sleep, and it does that masterfully. But also, this is waking up!

Left wondering !?
Guidance from the narrator stops abruptly, so one doesn't know if the meditation is complete or not.
