While most sheep graze in fields, the North Ronaldsay are a breed apart: they forage seaweed on the rocky beach. In this episode, we follow a lamb as she crosses the island’s ancient stone dyke and sees the ocean for the first time.

This is the world in its natural state, defined by seasons, routines, and cycles. By the time this lamb is ready to let the waves lull her to sleep, you’ll be drifting off too.

I'm Addicted

I have tried several different sleeping books, but this is the only one that really works. I'm usually asleep before I can learn anything interesting. Cynthia's voice is soothing and relaxing.

A Magical Sleepcast!

This wonderful new Sleeping World podcast worked it's magic on me right away! The soothing sounds of the ocean waves, the gentle voice of the storyteller, the images of sheep grazing, all work together to lull me off to sleep almost immediately. I've begun listening to this podcast every night as my bedtime story. I rarely make it halfway through before I drift off to dreamland...

The narrator’s voice was perfect for this. The content was interesting enough to grab on to if you wake up and need an immediate distraction but easy enough to let go of as you fall back asleep.

This series is amazing. I suffer from insomnia and for some crazy reason this series is the only thing that helps wind down my mind and find rest. I must have listened to each episode of the first season 20 times and I'm thrilled they are releasing new episodes. I just can't understand why the first season is now unavailable. Audible has a potential hit on their hands. Why restrict access and prevent new people from discovering this wonderful series?
