Astrid and Levi

A stand-alone enemies to lovers romance in the Royal Elite series, this full-length prequel does not disappoint. Alpha male Levi against and then eventually loving Astrid, this story depicted a fair amount of angst, juicy jealous-possessiveness, and chemistry but perhaps more its share of push and pull as the story progressed over its medium pace.

Great performance by the male voice actor who narrated with versatility of character, a charming quasi American accent Levi might have, and excellent range even for foreign accents. For the female’s voice narrator, the voice tone was pleasing to the ear, easy to understand though her performance not as strong suffering from indistinct range and character versatility. The distinction between characters, male or female, and changing emotions — were recited with similar tones. This singularity was especially apparent since the collective performance was dual narration rather than duet.

Overall, high marks for the story with some performance considerations.

So happy this prequel was written

After reading all the Royal Elite Series I wanted Levi and Astrid story....so happy with it! I had Levi wrong.... so It was nice to be able to see them and how their relationship unfolded. LOVED the narration, both we wonderful!

Wowww!

Great storyline. My only concern that is that the male narrator has more of an Irish accent instead of British but I still loved his character. Great starter for the series.

I loved Astrid’s growth

This was almost perfect if they didn’t say Viking and bug over and over again.

Obsessed

I honestly had no idea I could rate and review books on audible until yesterday when Rina posted on IG. I am obsessed with all of her books and this one did not disappoint. I devoured the entire universe in less than a month. There is not one thing in any of her books that I disliked. I will forever recommend every single book to anyone. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
