I really liked ABC ideas and how recognize when I myself am the problem and when a person is pursuing silence or violence and why

Missing pieces

Used audible to follow along and there is several parts of the book that are different or missing significant parts.

Great Book

I had to read this for a class and I’m now recommending it to every person in my life. This is a great book and a skill that needs to be more present in our everyday conversations.
